General Engineering Forging
Most forging demand does not come from a named industry — it comes from machine builders and workshops needing a specific part, in a specific grade, in a quantity that no catalogue serves.

Made to Your Drawing
A drawing, a sample or even a dimensioned sketch is enough to start. We quote within two working days with piece price, die cost where applicable, and a delivery schedule we can actually meet.
- Drawing, sample or sketch accepted
- Quotation in 2 working days
- Batches from 200 pieces
- Full or partial scope
Flexible Scope
Take forged blanks and machine them yourself, or take finished, inspected, packed components. Machine builders with their own machining capacity typically take blanks; those without take the complete part.
Parts We Supply
Shafts, spindles, levers, brackets, couplings, flanges, pins, bushes, sprockets, hubs, adaptors and any drawing-specific forged component for machinery.
What We Need to Quote a One-Off or Small Batch
Most general engineering demand does not come from a named industry; it comes from machine builders and workshops needing a specific part in a quantity no catalogue serves. Quoting those quickly depends on a few pieces of information.
| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Drawing, sketch or sample | Determines route and die requirement |
| Material or property target | Sets grade and heat treatment |
| Quantity | Decides open die, closed die or machining |
| Scope | Blank, machined or fully tested |
| Delivery need | Urgent work may go through open die |
Choosing the Route for the Quantity
For one to a few pieces, open die forging or machining from a forged blank avoids die cost entirely. From a few hundred pieces upward, a closed die usually becomes cheaper per part. We quote both routes where the quantity sits near the crossover so the comparison is visible rather than assumed.
