Construction & Earthmoving Forging
Construction equipment works at maximum load in abrasive ground, and every hour of downtime carries an equipment rental cost. Forged wear parts that last two or three times longer than cast alternatives justify themselves on downtime alone.

Wear Life Drives the Economics
The cost of a bucket tooth is trivial against the cost of stopping a machine to change it. Forged parts with hardened surfaces and tough cores extend change intervals, which is the number a fleet manager actually watches.
- 2–3x wear life over cast parts
- Fewer change-out stoppages
- Hardened surfaces, tough cores
- Interchangeable with OEM fitment
Impact Plus Abrasion
Ground engaging tools face both simultaneously. We hard-face or induction harden working surfaces while keeping the body tough, because a fully hardened tooth shatters and a fully soft one wears away.
Parts We Supply
Bucket teeth and adapters, cutting edges, boom and bucket pins, track link pins and bushes, sprocket segments, idler shafts, hydraulic cylinder rods and lifting hardware.
Wear Life Drives Construction Equipment Economics
On a construction site the cost of a ground-engaging tool is small against the cost of stopping a machine to change it. Extending the change interval is therefore the number that matters, and it comes from combining a hardened working surface with a tough core rather than from maximising hardness.
| Component | Governing duty |
|---|---|
| Bucket teeth and adapters | Abrasion plus impact |
| Cutting edge segments | Abrasion |
| Boom and bucket pins | Bearing wear and shock |
| Track link pins and bushes | Continuous abrasive wear |
| Hydraulic cylinder rods | Fatigue and seal surface integrity |
| Lifting hardware | Proof load and ductile failure behaviour |
Matching Replacement Parts to Existing Fitment
Replacement wear parts must fit the adapters, pins and mountings already on the machine. Reverse engineering from a sample captures that fitment exactly, while also giving us the chance to examine the wear pattern and propose a grade or hardness profile better matched to the ground conditions. See reverse engineering.

Questions Answered
Can you make parts interchangeable with OEM fitment?
+
Yes, reverse engineered from a sample so fitment with existing adapters and pins is exact.
How much longer do forged wear parts last?
+
Typically two to three times a cast equivalent, depending on ground conditions.
Do you supply hydraulic cylinder rods?
+
Yes, forged, hardened and ground, with hard chrome plating through qualified partners where specified.
What quantities do you supply?
+
From replacement batches of a few hundred up to OEM schedules of several thousand pieces.
