Commercial Vehicle Forging
Commercial vehicles carry heavier loads over longer distances than any passenger car, and they are expected to do it for a million kilometres. Every load-bearing part in that chain is forged.

Million-Kilometre Design Life
Fleet economics depend on trucks staying on the road. Components are designed for a service life far beyond passenger vehicle norms, which pushes every load-bearing part toward forged construction as a matter of course.
- Extended fatigue design life
- Overload capacity beyond rated load
- 100% NDT on safety parts
- Aftermarket availability maintained
Overload Is Routine, Not Exceptional
Indian commercial vehicles are frequently loaded beyond rating. Designing to the rated load alone produces field failures, so our components are engineered with margin for the loading they will actually see.
Parts We Supply
Axle shafts and housings, steering knuckles, tie rod and drag link ends, spring hangers, shackles and pins, brake camshafts and anchor pins, universal joint components and drivetrain forgings.
Designing for Indian Operating Conditions
Commercial vehicles in India routinely carry more than their rated load, over road surfaces that deliver far higher shock inputs than the design brief assumes. A component engineered strictly to its rated load will produce field failures, so load-bearing forgings are given margin for the loading they will actually meet.

Aftermarket Parts Carry the Same Risk
A tie rod end or king pin sold through the aftermarket steers and stops the same vehicle as the original. We apply identical inspection, hardness verification and traceability regardless of the sales channel, because the consequence of failure does not change with where the part was bought. Questions Answered
Do you supply the CV aftermarket?
+
Yes, to aftermarket distributors as well as OEMs, with the same manufacturing and inspection standards.
Are safety parts fully inspected?
+
Yes, 100% magnetic particle inspection plus hardness and dimensional verification on steering, braking and suspension parts.
Can you supply trailer axle components?
+
Yes, axle shafts, hubs, spring hangers, shackles and pins for trailer applications.
Do you design for Indian overload conditions?
+
Yes, we engineer margin for realistic Indian loading rather than to rated load alone.
